Social inclusion of LGBTQ People in Africa
In order to join others in the celebration of the International Day against Homphobia and Transphobia, GayChristianAfrica.org is launching Ubuntu Inclusive Dialogue Project. It is a journey of dialogue, meeting and deepening on faith, homosexuality and other sexual minorities in Africa.
On Sunday May 16, 2021 at 9:00 GMT, Gaychristianafrica.org in association with SociétiésInclusives.africa are organizing the first online event (webinar) in French which will be live on Facebook of Gaychristianafrica.org The theme of the webinar is: “The Challenge and Importance of Social Inclusion of LGBTQ People in Africa”.
The webinar will be in French and the dialogue will be led by our guests:
King O. Sibo | MOLI (Burundi), Weema Askri | Mawjoudin Initiative for Equality (Tunisia), Scaly KEP’NA | Jeunialissime (DRC).
They will help us to understand the place of LGBTQ + people in Africa and the relationship between religion and LGBTQ + communities in Africa.
